We encourage all students to participate in seminars to enrich their practice and build relationships with members of the wider Aikido community.
To help make the seminars we host financially accessible, seminar participants can apply for seminar scholarships.
For our local dojo seminars, we ask that seminar scholarship recipients help a little extra with the many tasks it takes our community to run a successful seminar.
Please note that we currently can only provide scholarships for seminars hosted by Aikido Seattle, and even these are limited in number. As we build our scholarship fund, we hope to support our members in attending seminars hosted elsewhere.
Scholarship applications will be reviewed by a scholarship committee. All inquiries will be handled with discretion.
Students may also apply for monthly dues scholarships.
Our scholarship fund relies on donations from our community to assist students in fully experiencing an Aikido practice.
