Please join us for an ukemi workshop as part of our series of Kagami Biraki events. Frits Habermann Sensei will teach a 2 hour ukemi workshop for all levels. Frits has taught ukemi in our lineage for many years. The workshop will concentrate on soft but firm connection that exchanges the right amount of energy between partners for effective study. It will also examine how soft rolls and falls can be achieved at all levels of energetic practice.
