Jan Nevelius Shihan, from Vanadis Aikido, Stockholm, has been visiting and teaching friendship seminars in Seattle since 2001. A senior student of Endo Shihan and Tissier Shihan, he also studied for several years in Japan under Yamaguchi Shihan. Nevelius Shihan also practises reiki and qiqong, and holds lectures at Stockholm University about stress reduction and Asian medicine. His Aikido emphasizes deep connection, freedom of movement, and soft ukemi.

Prior to the weekend seminar, Nevelius Shihan will teach weekday classes at local dojos on the following days. Payment will be taken at the individual dojos and may vary by dojo.
